Commissions will be accepted on the basis of what I am comfortable doing in my skill set and my time restraints.Read below for more information!

If you would like to contact me about anything regarding my commissions, eg. for reference photos, inquiring into when commissions will open, questions about my skill set etc., feel free to send me an Email or Instagram DM.Click the button below to fill out my commissions form! If you would like to be placed on my waitlist for when commissions open again, or want to ask any questions with detail that isn’t urgent, fill out the Google Form below with any and all detail you can give, and I will reach out to you if I choose* your commission to work on!
*Commissions submitted through the Google Form will be chosen on a basis of how comfortable I am with the requested project in my skill sets and time restraints. If your project has been chosen, I will reach out with more questions regarding detailing and payment.
Terms of Service
By commissioning RainyJay Cosplays, you accept the following:- Commissions will have a minimum wait time of 1 Month. Wait time will depend on complexity of the project, but will be no more than 6 Months*.
- All payments to be made through PayPal in USD currency.^
- Strictly no refunds unless said commission is unable to be completed otherwise. This will be decided by myself.’
- 50% of the commission total to be paid up front as a deposit on securing your commission, the remaining 50% to be paid upon commission completion before the completed project will be mailed.
- Shipping price will vary depending on size of commissioned project.
- If the client is a cosplay content creator, they are to credit me in any post made with the commissioned piece OR create one dedicated post to the commissioned piece, tagging me in either.
*6 month maximum wait time may be subject to change in the case of unexpected life changes, however any and all changes in wait time will be communicated asap with the client. Wait time includes final shipping time, but may be subject to change due to initial shipping time of the base products.
^If you are unable to use PayPal, other payment methods may be discussed to use as alternative. If you are a client from Australia, you will not need to pay USD conversion.
‘Commissions eligible for refund will be decided by myself, if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. Partial refunds may be allowed for other circumstances if the client communicates with me clearly,
